Introduction to Facilities Ministry Action Team
The Facilities Ministry Action Team was formed through the implementation of the 2016-2017 Strategic Action Plan. Initially, Pastor Rob shared his vision for the work of the Facilities Ministry Action Team by stating that the Strategic Action Plan has given shape and direction in three principal ways:
1. Vision of the leadership of the church
2. Goals set to enact the vision, set in conversation with staff, Council, and ministry leaders
3. Observed needs
In 2017, Pastor Rob stated, “A new way of doing things has begun. Moving forward on facilities with the future in mind: solar structure, landscaping, Luther Hall…all designed to meet ministry needs.” We continue to hold this “charge” up as we move forward with TLC Renovation, Repair, and Renewal projects.
As members of Trinity, we move forward with faith and hope in their hearts, giving thanks and praise to God for the blessings of everyday miracles provided to further His work. Renovation, Repair and Renewal will continue, with the goal of Trinity Lutheran Church becoming the best version of itself today - a place in the Fresno Community offering a welcoming, comfortable environment that meets the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of all who enter.
